Shipping & Returns 

 

Important: A copy of your PayPal payment or credit card order receipt along with a return address is required with your package to verify the service you purchased. Please DO NOT send any items for repair before making a purchase, and do not request for signature, as we can not meet the carrier and sign for the package due to the nature of our repairs and business.

After making a purchase please send your item (attached with paper of order number on shipping box) to the following address for repair:

For PS3 & PS4 repairs: 

 

  • Do not open the console to extract a disc. 

  • DO NOT use air bags nor empty supermarket bags for protection. Instead use suitable bubble wrap & pop corn padding. 

  • Do not use Original packaging. We use our packaging & supplies to send all consoles back regardless of the package.

  • Console must be sent without accessories/wires and with or without hard drive.

  • We don’t recommend using postal service flat rate boxes for shipping PS3 consoles, it is highly likely that your valuable PS3 console will be damaged. 

  • Write a note with the console describing the issue.

  • Include copy of Paypal Payment showing purchase date & return shipping address (must be PayPal confirmed address)

  • Pack console in a suitable box at least 16x14x6 size

  • People from countries other than USA are required to send only the console’s motherboard & not the whole console.



For Xbox360: 

 

  • Please send only the console. Do not send any accessories, wires, nor hard drive.

For Laptop Computers: 

 

  • Please send only the computer with its power adapter unless its a MacBook (we have a MacBook power adapter)

  • Please send computer with or without hard drive. 

  • Write a note with the console describing the issue.

  • Please pack your console well with suitable bubble wrap and popcorn padding.

For any monitor: 

 

  • Please send only the monitor with its power adapter without the stand or the T-con board

  • Write a note with the console describing the issue.

Computer Motherboards:

 

  • Please send only the motherboard. Do not send memory, processor, power supply unit or computer case. 

  • We only use CPU socket testers to test the new CPU socket. When a tester is available for the CPU socket type you need, we send pictures of the test result to the owner before shipping the motherboard back as proof of the full functionality of the new CPU socket.

Nintendo Switch: 

 

  • Please send the console without Joy-Con or any accessories.

  • You can use a free small flat rate box from the post office. 

  • Please use bubble wrap to protect the Nintendo Switch.

  • Write a note with the console describing the issue.

People Outside the US:

 

  • Please do not use Fedex or UPS, they will charge Brokerage fees after delivering the package & we will have to ask you to pay that. The best option for shipping is the regular postal service of your country.

 

Return Policy: 

 

  • All repairs come with a full one year warranty unless stated otherwise in the item page. During that period you can return the item for warranty repair at no cost. 

  • The warranty does not cover any shipping costs, so buyer has to pay shipping costs both ways.

  • Refunds can only be granted for unrepairable items at the first repair. Therefore, if the item was ever repaired, the buyer can only qualify for warranty repair and can never ask for a full or partial refund. 

  • Unrepairable items will have 40% of the repair cost in diagnostic & attempt repair fees in addition to the return shipping cost deducted from the refund of the service cost.

  • The warranty covers only labor & doesn’t cover any parts or component.

  • Buyer is always responsible for any shipping damage.

  • We recommend Fedex for better handling & cheaper prices and recommend packaging materials from Uhaul. 

  • When sending item for warranty repair make sure to include copy of your initial PayPal payment inside the package. 

  • Orders that delivered non defective can be returned within 15 days & subject to 15% restocking fees (don’t apply to services).
