Please don't send your item for repair before making a purchase, a copy of your PayPal payment or credit card order receipt is required with your package to verify the service you purchased and the return address, please don't ask for signature , we can not meet the carrier and sign for the package all the time due to the nature of our repairs specially when there is an item on one of our machines at the time of delivery.

* For PS3 and PS4 repairs : please send only the console without any accessories or wires, with or without hard drive, don't try to open the console to extract a disc , the disc if any will be back with the console the same way you left it. write a note with the console describing the issue , include a copy of your PayPal payment that show the purchase date and return shipping address, the return shipping address has to be a PayPal confirmed address. pack your console very well in a suitable box at least 16x14x6 size , don't use air bags or empty supermarket bags for protection, no matter how good they look to you they are not enough and your console will get damaged if you do, try to use suitable bubble wrap and pop corn padding for protection, using newspapers for protection will make your package very heavy and will cost a lot more to ship it than the cost of proper padding materials, if you try to save on packaging you will most probably end up with a physically damaged console that will cost more to fix - we don't recommend using the postal service flat rate boxes for shipping PS3 consoles, it means you want to damage your valuable PS3 console- and use a trackable shipping service, email the tracking information to email@example.com. people from contries other than the USA are required to send only the console's motherboard not the whole console. Please don't use original packaging, We use our packaging and shipping boxes to send all consoles back regardless of the package we received it in for the safety of the console so if you send your console in original box you will not get it back, it will be recycled.

* For any monitor , please send only the monitor with its power adapter without the stand or the T-con board , write a note with the monitor describing the issue , include a copy of your PayPal payment that show the purchase date and return shipping address, the return shipping address has to be a PayPal confirmed address. pack your monitor very well for a safe trip and use a trackable shipping service, email the tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org., people from contries other than USA will require to send only the T-con board not the entire monitor.
* Computer motherboards , please send only the motherboard, no memory, processor, power supply unit or computer case is needed, we only use CPU socket testers to test the new CPU socket -n when a tester is available for the CPU socket type you need - and we send pictures of the test result to the owner before shipping the motherboard back as a prove of the full functionality of the new CPU socket. Never ask for signature on delivery and don't send your original motherboard package unless you accept that the motherboard can be shipped back in a different package.
* Nintendo Switch . Please send just the console without Joy-Con or any accessories , you can use a free small flat rate box from the post office , it will fit the console perfectly , just make sure to use bubble wrap to protect it during the shipping time.
People from outside the US , please don't use Fedex or UPS , they will charge Brokerage fees after delivering the package and we will have to ask you to pay that, your best option for shipping is the regular postal service of your country.
All repairs come with a full one year warranty unless stated otherwise in the item page, during that period you can return the item for a warranty repair at no cost to you, warranty doesn't cover any shipping costs so buyer has to pay shipping costs both ways. Refunds can be granted only for unrepairable items at the first repair so if the item was ever repaired buyer can qualify only for warranty repair and can never ask for a full or partial refund, Unrepairable items will have 40% of the repair cost in diagnostic and attempt repair fees in addition to the return shipping cost deducted from the refund of the service cost. warranty covers only labor and doesn't cover any parts or component, buyer is always responsible for any shipping damage. We recommend Fedex for better handling and cheaper prices, we also recommend packaging materials from Uhaul. When sending an item for a warranty repair make sure to include a copy of your initial PayPal payment inside the package. Orders that delivered non defective can be returned within 15 days and subject to 15% restocking fees( doesn't apply to services ).
Order Updates :
We don't send updates about any order unless there is an issue with the service and we need to discuss it with the owner of the device, however , our website is designed to send automatic updates once the order status changes, so when an order is completed and waiting for shipping you receive an automatic update stating that your order is awaiting shipping which means that the repair is completed successfully . when the item is shipped you will receive an automatic update telling you that your order has shipped and the tracking information will be updated at the order page in your account. please don't send us emails asking for updates . if we send every customer an email telling him what is going on with his order we will spend all the time sending updates emails and we will have no time left to actually work on any thing. we will contact you only if there is a problem with your device and we need to discuss it with you otherwise just wait for the automatic update emails.
For unrepairable items we usually issue a full refund including the return shipping cost and in this case if a customer need his unrepairable item he must send a prepaid shipping label for the same package he sent and we will drop it off to the shipping carrier for him for free. Customer would have up to 21 days to send the return shipping label, We can not keep unrepairable items for more than three weeks.
